Zeta Tau Alpha Founders Day Event - Theta Chi Chapter at George Mason University

The 15th of October is the special day that the Zeta Tau Alpha fraternity was founded, all the way back in 1898. Every year each chapter must organize a day of celebration where chapter members gather, eat, chat, and celebrate the organization that brought them all together. As Vice President of Membership Experience, I was tasked with organizing and executing this event. After purchasing refreshments, setting up decorations and adequate seating arrangements, I invited 60+ chapter members to celebrate in my home and backyard. The event was a notable success, as it lasted several enjoyable hours and resulted in many requesting that I host again.
